Email Opt-Out: Send an email to omar@verticaldpc.com with the subject line “Opt-Out of Marketing Calls.” Include your name, phone number, and a request to be removed from our marketing list. Online Opt-Out: Visit verticaldpc.com/privacypolicy and complete the online form to opt out of marketing calls. Once you opt out, we will make every effort to process your request promptly and ensure that you no longer receive unsolicited marketing calls from our company.
3. Confirmation of Opt-Out Upon submitting your opt-out request, we will send you a confirmation within 3 business days to confirm that your request has been processed and your number has been removed from our marketing database.
4. What Happens After Opting Out No Further Marketing Calls: After you opt out, we will not contact you again with marketing calls unless you opt in again at a later date. Exceptions: Opting out will not affect calls related to your existing relationship with Vertical Health DPC, PLLC (e.g., service or billing-related calls, account inquiries, or customer support).
5. Retention of Your Preferences We will maintain a record of your opt-out request for 3 years to ensure we honor your preferences and comply with relevant regulations.
6. Third-Party Callers If we work with third-party service providers who assist with marketing calls, we will ensure that they respect your opt-out preferences. However, if you receive marketing calls from a third party not affiliated with us, you will need to opt out directly with them.
